Description

The Eastern Nomad Scorpion is a medium sized scorpion with an average of 50mm.. Characteristic 3 dark ridges on the carapace and termites differentiate this scorpion from all other species. Sting is bulbous. Shelters under rocks in a scrape. Common in areas where they occur.

Stings from this medium sized, highly venomous species are not common. A sting typically results in class 2 or 3 symptoms.
