Emergency Response Plan

Dealing with an emergency is not about administering complicated first aid, but rather an understanding of what to do. In order to be prepared for any kind of emergency, it’s important to have the correct information at hand. Print out the Emergency Contact form and Notes page of this document. Display the Emergency Contact Form and Notes in a prominent place such as on your fridge, in your study or in your first aid kit.
