Nature Works Walk

Based upon some of the content from Jonathan award winning book, One World, the Nature Works Walk is a 2 hour walk that focuses upon the inner workings of the natural world. During this walk, we will explore on how nature works through One World concepts such as biodiversity, ecosystem services, planetary boundaries, the value of nature, animal intelligence, biomimicry, and the human relationship with the environment and so much more.

Venom Day 2026

10am to 11:30am, 1st August 2026

Venom Day is a FREE to attend interactive session focused upon community education about venomous animal bites and stings. Participants contribute to the agenda by submitting questions. Anything goes from snake bite, spider bite and scorpion sting as well as the status and availability of antivenom. This is a free event however places are limited. Book online. Suitable for children 13 years and older.
