The workbook is completed in the participants own time and at their own pace. Supporting resources are given. Training is be managed onsite and certificates can be issued by the participants organisation.
A Distance Learning Course Pack is purchased for each participant. After registering the workbooks, the participants are added to a coaching WhatsApp Support Group specific to that lodge/ organisation. Participants are free to ask questions, request explanations, send photos for identification. This group is also used to offer encouragement and motivation during the course. Supporting resources are given. The workbook is completed to a deadline (Usually 1 month), in their own time and at their own pace. On completion of the workbook, certificates are printed and couriered (or emailed) to the lodge/ organisation.
