Turn to the first page of the Workbook. You’ll find place to enter the date, organisation, your name, your contact phone number, email address. You’ll find a Workbook Registration Number which is unique to your workbook. If you have a person who will be the onsite facilitator at your organisation, the please indicate so. If you have any notes or comments, then please enter them.

If you are completing this course as a group at your area of operation, then there will be a group for your group. If you are impelling this course as an individual, then I have add you to a general WhatsApp group.
