First, we set a deadline for the campaign. This advert can be sent to your members via social media or printed as a poster. In order for me to keep track of your orders, I will create a unique webpage with an order form. All books ordered through this page will be allocated to your campaign.
After the deadline date, I'll sign the books, package and write names and contact details on each envelop, and courier them to your organisation in one package for distribution. I will cover the courier cost. If any orders are to be delivered elsewhere, then courier fees apply to that order payable by the person who placed the order. I'll send you a reconciliation of orders and make at payment of R50 per book. The cost of the book is R360 which is the normal cost.
