The participant registers their workbook online, and will be added to a WhatsApp Support Group. The participant is free to ask questions about first response, scorpion identification and natural history. Supporting resources are given.
After completing the workbook, the workbook is couriered to Jonathan for assessment. The workbook is assessed and courier back to the participant with a printed certificate. Individuals are typically given 1 month from date of registration to complete the workbook.
Distance learning Courses are purchased for each participant. The essential Scorpion Sting First Response Book and Workbook are couriered to the lodge/ organisation. After registering the workbooks, the participants are added to a private WhatsApp Support Group specific to that lodge/ organisation. From the group, an onsite facilitator is nominated to coordinate individuals. During their studies, members are free to ask questions about first response, send images for identification and ask about natural history. Supporting resources are given.
After everyone has completed the workbook, they are couriered to Jonathan for assessment. The workbooks are assessed and couriered backed to the lodge with printed certification. A report is emailed to the onsite facilitator. Individuals are typically given 1 month from date of registration to complete the workbook.
